Andrew C. Devine has been with the firm since 2022, and he serves as one of the senior attorneys for the general counsel clients. Mr. Devine graduated from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2009 and passed the bar that same year. He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Government. Mr. Devine spent almost eight (8) years as an in-house attorney for the Dallas County Hospital District, also known as Parkland Hospital, which is a large governmental entity. After leaving the Hospital District, he joined our team. He has extensive experience in contracts, negotiations, and public information requests.
He serves on the Government Law Council for the Texas State Bar.
