Lloyd Newton was born and raised in Midland, Texas. For his undergraduate, he attended a small college in Dallas, then pursued a master’s degree in communication and public speaking from the University of North Texas, and a second masters and Ph.D. in philosophy from the University of Dallas.
Lloyd then taught philosophy and Latin at the university level. In 2020, Lloyd decided to change careers and obtained his J.D. from St. Mary’s Law School. While pursuing his J.D., Lloyd was on the National Trial Team and was a member of Phi Delta Phi.
Having spent about three years overseas, Lloyd is a Europhile, always looking for an opportunity to get back to Europe. He is also an avid bibliophile, with well over 4k books.
